Dear Parents and Guardians:
Twin Bridges School is offering an opportunity for the younger elementary students (Grades 1-4) to participate in a skill building class for basketball. We will be meeting two to three times weekly during lunch recess to work on fundamentals of basketball. Students participating in this program will be asked to make sure they have P.E shoes at school, have a signed permission slips, and be available to attend one game during the basketball season to demonstrate their skills. If you are interested in your child participating, please return the bottom of this sheet to your child’s teacher. Permission Slip to be returned by December 21nd and practices begin on January 3rd. Additionally, if it is not a hardship, please send $5.00 for the club t-shirts. Thank you in advance for your help with this program. Go Falcons!
Sincerely,
Tammy Demien (aka – Coach Demien)
